The I-day dance that wasn't

We've had "how do you do that dance?" posts in the past, and I'd like to make another one.

Anyone who was at MVO 1 or I-day in July (and stayed a few minutes after the closing program ended) learned or saw/heard a dance to the song "Don" by Miranda!, an Argentinian group. I believe it was taught at MVO by ELdB-Wilder.

start squatting, feet parallel
music: instrumental
look right, nod 2x, look left, nod 2x (4 counts)
shimmy/roll shoulders as you stand up (4 counts)
look right, nod 2x, look left, nod 2x (4 counts)
[then, the part I can't remember: possibly walking forward while holding one arm out at a time, wrist bent, hand down?]
the lyrics are Quiero saber que me pasa, te pregunto, que me pasa?

Y aunque trato nunca puedo apurar mi decisión.

This, I think, is the part where your arms do a sort of scissor motion in front of you while jumping forward 2x, back 2x, then
Right hand to forehead-lean back slightly
Left hand to forehead-lean back slightly
Jump in place while turning 360º, right pointer finger does the standard CLV circling while you say 'woot woot woot woot'.

Grapevine! step right, cross, step right, step together and clap! Now, same thing to the left. Once more in each direction, I believe.

Then the jumping forward/jumping back thing again, and Right hand to forehead-lean back slightly
Left hand to forehead-lean back slightly
Jump in place while turning 360º, right pointer finger does the standard CLV circling while you say 'woot woot woot woot' (as in Lac du Bois's "Alexandrie Alexandra"/danse de barracuda, or the pre-2003 I-day dance "Alane").

Kick line! Hands around the shoulders of your neighbors...left foot kicks out to the right, right to left, left, right (4 kicks)
Jump in place, turning 360º, with hands palms together in front of you
Stop, stick your arms out, palms up, elbows bent, and move your head and neck R, L, R, L (sort of a "do you want a piece of me?" sort of gesture)
Repeat kick line-jump-neck shift sequence

Scissor jump thing again?

Right thumb out to right side while you look right, repeat to left (sort of disco-like, or as in 森の池のUFO), then right-left-right-left-[and right?] double time

[instrumental bit]
perhaps walking back again, as at the beginning?

Second verse: I think the dance repeats completely here.

Tu palabra me nivela y detiene mi caer.

Then there's an instrumental bit where I think there's some sort of drop forward, standing up, and then wrist-twirling above the head (wrist twirling: as in the 2003 I-day dance "Moi et toi", or this year's "Bye Bye", or Lac du Bois's "Belle Journée" or the alternate version of "Tomber la chemise").

Second chorus:

Kick-line sequence through thumb-dancing all repeats here.

Eso solo, es la guitarra de Lolo.
Air guitar/free dance for quite a while.

"Quizás seas tu quien me haga regresar"

This would seem to be the scissor-jump and thumb-dancing bit, but it has several repeats, and there must be something else...maybe the neck shifting-bit?

[and the final instrumental bit]
Walking backwards again (as much as 16 counts/8 arm changes)?
Shoulder roll 4 counts, nod right 2x, left 2x (sinking back to squatting), Shoulder roll 4 counts, nod right 2x, head down.

I think I have most of the dance down--we tried to work it out at LdB Hack during first half but it would be great to have someone check our work and help with remembering the rest.
Any help or corrections would be much appreciated!
